Job Title: Mental Health Awareness Training Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Awareness Training Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in [location]. The salary range for this position is $30.73 - $31.93 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The Mental Health Awareness Training Program Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing mental health awareness training plans in accordance with contract requirements for SAMHSA.
  2. Establishing relationships with local service providers, clinics, and hospitals to expand partnerships and improve coordination of services.
  3. Collaborating with Data Analyst and Project Director to review performance indicators, identify barriers, and generate plans for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, counseling, or related field.
  2. Experience conducting trainings/public speaking and certification/training in Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
