Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry Position

Job Summary:

Titan Nurse Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position in a reputable healthcare facility. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Med Surg / Telemetry nurse.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
