Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and possess excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills to guide our team towards achieving exceptional outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing curriculum that aligns with state standards and promotes child-centered learning">
  • Mentoring teaching staff to enhance their instructional practices and improve student outcomes">
  • Leading coaching cycles to support teacher growth and development">
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design and deliver professional development opportunities">

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field">
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood settings">
  • Previous coaching or mentoring experience">
  • Advanced knowledge of CT ELDS and DOTS">

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. If you are passionate about shaping young minds and contributing to our mission, please submit your application.
