Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying individualized care needs and developing effective plans of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and standards.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Document patient information accurately and timely, utilizing electronic medical records.
- Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with pediatric experience preferred.
- Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Life Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
