Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying individualized care needs and developing effective plans of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and standards.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely, utilizing electronic medical records.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required within 6 months of hire.
  • Pediatric Life Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
