We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge RN to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new procedures and protocols.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
