Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one play-based care and support to clients with autism and other developmental differences
- Follow personalized plans for each client, reporting progress through our custom mobile app
- Communicate effectively with clients' families to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's care
- Attend clinical lectures and team meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and develop your skills
- Contribute to a positive and supportive company culture that values diversity and difference
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental differences, is a plus
- Ability to commit to working for Positive Development for at least 12 months
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID
- Ability to lift heavy objects, get up and down from the floor, and actively play with children
