Key Responsibilities- Provide Intensive Family-Oriented Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality, family-centered therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders and emotional disturbances.
- Collaborate with Treatment Providers: Work closely with other treatment providers, placement agencies, Wrap-Around services, schools, and foster homes to ensure an integrated approach to treatment.
- Maintain Clinical Records: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of clinical records, including progress notes and other documentation, in accordance with accreditation and licensing standards, managed care expectations, and agency policy and procedures.
- Provide Individual and Family Counseling Services: Deliver daily individual and family counseling services to assigned caseload, applying patient documentation and record-keeping guidelines set by the state, managed care, and agency policies.
- Therapist Responsibilities: Identify problems, secure relevant data, generate alternative courses of action, and reach conclusions and solutions based on thorough analysis and reasoning.
- Therapist Qualifications: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Professional Experience: Have a strong background in family therapy, with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders.
- Education and Certifications: Hold a master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling or psychology, and possess any necessary certifications or licenses.
