Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Complete Staff - West Allis / Milwaukee.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance and repair in industrial manufacturing, machining, or related fields.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various production equipment, including CNC machines, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, punch presses, lasers, robots, and other production-related machinery.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct basic electrical work
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair in industrial manufacturing, machining, or related fields
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
