Job Overview

This position involves providing comprehensive care to patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Therapy Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized therapy plans to help them improve their ability to perform daily tasks and increase independence.
  • Therapy Delivery: Provide occupational therapy using adaptive equipment and strategies to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and monitor treatment plans throughout the duration of care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and ensure effective communication with patients and families.
Requirements:
  • A valid Occupational Therapist license in the United States.
  • At least one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a travel setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in different healthcare environments.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required.
