The DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to acutely ill adult patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
