Medical Screener

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Screener to join our team at Kedrion Biopharma Inc. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our blood donations.

1. Conduct thorough donor screening and registration processes to determine suitability for donation.
2. Perform vein and finger stick sampling as required, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
3. Coordinate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure accurate assessments and documentation.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to strict quality control standards.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient donor flow through the registration and screening process.

1. High school diploma or equivalent, with basic computer, typing, and mathematical skills.
2. Ability to work flexible and extended shifts, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens, requiring a high level of safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
4. Demonstrated accuracy in completing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
