Roofing Foreman

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or defects.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, including material procurement and labor scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions and physical demands of roofing work.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, noise levels, and hazardous materials.

• Work is performed primarily outdoors, with occasional indoor work in offices or warehouses.
• Regularly required to climb ladders, scaffolds, and stairways, with occasional exposure to high places or dangerous conditions.
