Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Sternberg Automotive Chrysler Center. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, diagnosing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and brake systems.
  • Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate with customers to provide estimates and updates on repairs.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs and dealership standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • ASE Certification required.
  • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
