As a Recovery Housing Manager, your role is pivotal in maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment within the Transitional Living Program's Recovery Houses. You will collaborate with facility leadership to ensure compliance with Pinnacle, state, federal, and NARR standards, while also working closely with residents to guarantee they benefit from the program's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the substance use or mental health sector, or a solid understanding of addiction treatment, including medication-assisted treatment
  • At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in a supervisory role
  • CPR/MANDT certification is preferred
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and insurable by the designated carrier is required, as driving for company purposes is necessary
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution
  • Three (3) years of proven supervisory experience
  • Thorough understanding of addiction treatment, including medication-assisted options
  • Familiarity with NARR housing regulations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members
  • Provide daily operational support, guidance, and training to team members, including scheduling, setting performance expectations, and monitoring outcomes
  • Conduct timely 90-day and annual performance evaluations with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Foster an environment of mutual trust, respect, and teamwork
  • Actively participate in meetings and required training sessions
  • Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Represent Pinnacle in a professional and positive manner at all times
  • Collaborate respectfully with all programs, colleagues, residents, community members, and relevant funding sources
  • Ensure compliance with the Transitional Living Playbook and Recovery House rules, while supervising Residential Aide staff
  • Coordinate patient transportation to and from treatment services
  • Monitor facility needs and submit maintenance requests as per established procedures
  • Work alongside the Residential Aide Manager to manage patient property and financial transactions
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of all residents within the recovery home
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical record census
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Recovery Housing, Facilities Team, and Executive Director to establish new recovery houses
  • Be knowledgeable of and capable of performing all duties associated with the Residential Aide position
  • Attend team meetings and complete all required training courses promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
