Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Halifax, North Carolina.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Provide direct patient care based on individual needs.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patients' conditions, intervening as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and care plans.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of patients, ensuring that they receive respectful, compassionate, and dignified care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- BLS and ACLS certification is required.
