Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a GNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide efficient and effective nursing care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their personal needs and comfort, while also participating in the care planning process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Transport patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompany them to outside appointments
  • Participate in the care planning process and implement care according to the care plan
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the licensed nurse
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
