We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Assistants at the YCS Kilbarchan campus in Paterson, NJ. As a Residential Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision to our adolescent residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of each resident's treatment goals and objectives.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to support resident growth and development.
  • Monitor and document resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting new therapeutic goals.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience working with youth in a behavioral setting.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Mental Health, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
