Behavioral Therapist

**Sunbelt Staffing** is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school setting. The RBT will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to students with diverse learning needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to promote positive behavior and skill development in students.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with behavior challenges, focusing on skill development and behavior management to enhance their learning experience.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior using established protocols to inform instruction and intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis and intervention, staying up-to-date with best practices in the field.

**Qualifications:**

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a valid certification, demonstrating expertise in behavior analysis and intervention.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred, showcasing a strong understanding of behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing student success and well-being.
