About the Role
Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking an experienced Video Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of key video and visual effects systems, pipeline workflow, render farm operation and management, as well as assisting the creative end user. Key Responsibilities
• Experience in maintaining Autodesk Flame and Baselight environments
• Coordination, planning, administration and management of high-performance video-specific infrastructure systems in an enterprise
• Analysis of end user requirements for the purpose of recommending and implementing new software and hardware solutions
• Assessing the advantages, risks, and time requirements of implementing those new solutions
• Developing and installing monitoring servers for system machines, storage, and networking
• Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation and schedules
• Ongoing interaction with end-users and desktop support personnel to ensure the best possible relationships with outside vendors providing technical support and services
