Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay at Hampton Inn Forsyth. This includes checking guests in and out, handling room reservations, and responding to guest inquiries.

• Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
• Room Reservations: Take room reservations over the phone or in person, and ensure that all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
• Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following all hotel policies and procedures.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure that all needs are met.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.

The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure situation is essential for success in this role.
