Cannabis Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our store.

• Verify customer legal age requirement and register new customers in the POS system
• Check customer purchasing allotments through the POS system upon check-in
• Promote the JARS brand and engage with customers to create a memorable experience
• Welcome guests and customers into the store with a positive and friendly demeanor
• Use proper greetings and salutations to all customers at all times
• Assist with curbside and online orders as needed
• Answer calls with professional phone etiquette
• Provide customers with information regarding products, store hours, and daily specials
• Emphasize the JARS Loyalty Program and other promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support store management in an administrative capacity as required

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
• 1 year of administrative experience, preferably as a Front Desk Receptionist
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Must be 21 years of age or older

The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced retail cannabis dispensary environment, requiring frequent contact with patients and staff. The position involves standing, bending, and stretching, as well as operating a computer and other office equipment.
