Bartlett Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Mental Health Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

RN I:

This position provides basic nursing care in predictable situations to a limited number of patients under direct supervision. The RN I will work closely with the healthcare team to provide individualized care to patients, based on the nursing process and hospital policy.

RN II:

The RN II will independently plan and implement routine nursing care, using standards and knowledge obtained during education and preceptorship. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

RN III:

The RN III is an advanced-level nurse who provides comprehensive nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and educational needs of patients. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

RN I:

- $37.58 per hour

Education:

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.

License(s):

Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certification(s):

Basic Life Support (BLS), TEAM within 90 days of hire.

Experience:

New graduate RNs or RNs with less than one (1) year current acute care or comparable experience, or RN with no nursing experience in the past five (5) years.

RN II:

- $42.59-$50.11 per hour

Education:

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.

License(s):

Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certification(s):

Basic Life Support (BLS), TEAM within 90 days of hire.

Experience:

Advancement from an RN I or at least one (1) year, continuous experience in a comparable patient care setting.

RN III:

- $44.72-$52.61 per hour

Education:

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.

License(s):

Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certification(s):

Basic Life Support (BLS), TEAM within 90 days of hire.

Experience:

Three (3) years of current clinical experience, or one (1) year of experience as a Bartlett RN II.

Internal Hires:

Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
