Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at CrossMed Allied. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on respiratory health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory health and disease management
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • Current certifications in respiratory therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
