As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices in emergency nursing.
**Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience as an ER Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification (AHA preferred).
- Active nursing license in the state of Washington.
- Current updated resume and supervisory professional references.
- Must complete drug screen and background screen.
