**Requirements:
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience (1+ years)
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm
  • Must complete a phone interview within 48 hours of applying
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting behavioral assessments and analyses
  • Designing evidence-based intervention plans
  • Supervising and guiding team members
  • Collaborating with a diverse group to ensure consistent interventions
