Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Trauma program manager in maintaining a high-quality trauma registry.
- Identify cases and manage data to meet regulatory standards.
- Collect and manage trauma data for research and quality improvement.
- Use data-backed skills for reports and data analysis to improve processes and patient care.
- Consult with physicians for trauma case reporting when necessary.
- Ensure harmonious collaboration with the trauma leadership, hospital staff, and physicians.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Completion of Abbreviated Injury Scale course within the first 12 months of employment.
- Securing an International Classification of Diseases 10 Coding Certificate within the first 12 months.
- Completion of a Trauma Data Registry course within the initial 12 months.
