Master Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced lead carpenter to join our team at Booko Brothers General Contractors. As a lead carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing various repair jobs, new construction projects, and residential and commercial projects. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.

• Lead and manage carpentry projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
• Train and mentor junior carpenters to improve their skills and knowledge
• Participate in the company's after-hours emergency call rotation
