Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote their health and well-being. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans to promote their health and well-being.
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and other team members to ensure that residents receive high-quality care.
- Conduct regular wellness visits to monitor residents' health and identify any potential issues.
- Document all interactions with residents and their families in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide to our residents.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
