Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote their health and well-being. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans to promote their health and well-being.
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and other team members to ensure that residents receive high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular wellness visits to monitor residents' health and identify any potential issues.
  • Document all interactions with residents and their families in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide to our residents.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
