Job Title: Source Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Source Inspector to join our team at Verify. As a Source Inspector, you will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies at various supplier facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect manufactured parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, industry standards, and specifications.
  • Report inspection accept/reject information directly to the customer via web application.
  • Travel to various supplier facilities to perform inspections.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Practical experience performing in-process and final inspections on machined parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
  • Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Experience using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Minimum of five years experience performing inspections in aerospace or military/defense manufacturing with proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with Welding is desired but not required.
