\We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer 5 to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop complex power system plans, manage high-complexity electrical power system or energy projects, and conduct power system studies and perform electrical calculations.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Under general direction, develop designs ranging from basic to highly complex for electric master system plans, power systems, protection and models, facility power systems, and sustainability/renewable energy systems.\
- Proficiency in electrical design for water/wastewater projects.\
- Manage high-complexity electrical power system or energy projects for various clients, including the U.S. Federal Government.\
- Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client RFPs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.\
- Engage with current and potential clients to discuss their design needs and attend conferences to enhance the firms visibility alongside sales staff.\
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, mentoring them for future growth within the firm.\
- Supervise junior engineers on project work as needed.\
- Perform additional duties as required.\

Minimum Qualifications:
\- \
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.\
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.\
- 7 years of relevant experience.\
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required, depending on workload and project demands.\

Skills and Abilities:
\- \
- Expert knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.\
- Advanced understanding of engineering design principles.\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).\
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.\
