The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at Facility Maine Behavioral Healthcare is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health rehabilitation services to adults and families. As an ACT Clinical Case Manager, you will play a vital role in reducing hospitalization and crisis episodes by delivering essential services in clients' living situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crisis intervention and case management
  • Individual coaching and skills training
  • Monitoring medication adherence
  • Providing sound clinical decisions independently

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral health, social work, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health or a related field
  • MHRT-C certification or clinically licensed
  • Valid Driver's license and automobile liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with mentally ill clients
  • Eligibility for LSW licensure
