We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Norton, MA. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by providing evidence-based behavioral interventions and support.
About the Position- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring seamless integration with other therapies and interventions.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
- Certification: Active BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
- Education: A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in ABA therapy and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are crucial for success in this role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with current ABA methodologies, tools, and best practices is necessary.
