Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Universal Health Services (UHS). About the RoleAs a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents, with a range of mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies, including medication management and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Nursing, a current RN license, and certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
