Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
  • Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to caregivers on best practices and resident care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in gerontological nursing, including experience with dementia populations
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
