Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, based on a 35-hour workweek. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k matching program. Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student success.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conducting assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student success
  • Providing direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Documenting student progress and communicating with parents and guardians

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA certification and CCCs
  • Active licensure as an SLP in the state of Illinois
  • Experience in a school setting, preferred
