Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to members, ensuring a positive banking experience.
• Accurately handling cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Assisting members with account inquiries and providing information on credit union products and services.
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensuring compliance with all security procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance member satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License

Preferred:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Cash handling and customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations is a plus.
