Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Worker III to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will have a combination of four years of paid experience in highly skilled, technical, journeymen level maintenance in locks. The ideal candidate will have specialized training or coursework in one or more trade areas, including locksmithing.

Responsibilities
  • Perform highly skilled, technical, journeymen level maintenance in locks
  • Provide maintenance and repair services for district facilities
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained
Requirements
  • Four years of paid experience in highly skilled, technical, journeymen level maintenance in locks
  • Specialized training or coursework in one or more trade areas, including locksmithing
  • Valid driver's license
  • DMV printout for the last 6 months
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Two letters of recommendation dated within the last 12 months
  • Proof of high school graduation
