Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alliance ABA Therapy, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and ADHD in an in-home setting. Our mission-based organization is dedicated to supporting children with Autism and ADHD, and we are seeking a dedicated team member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide behavior coaching to parents and support client's caregivers through various methods.
  • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community, including social services, schools, and physicians.
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies.
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize the effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client's treatment plans.
  • Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
  • Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred.
  • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors.
  • Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment.

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 /hour
