What We're Looking For

Responsibilities

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
  • Check back with guests routinely to ensure their needs are being met
  • Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help keep the center clean and organized
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • Recommend/upsell the center experience

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Our entertainment center environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
