Your responsibilities will include operating our branded shuttle vehicle while strictly adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols. Providing exceptional customer service is essential, as you will be greeting guests, assisting them with boarding and disembarking, and maintaining a clean and comfortable shuttle environment.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate a willingness to learn about automotive repair services and terminology.
- Deliver a safe and reliable shuttle service for our esteemed customers.
- Exhibit respect and courtesy towards guests at all times, embodying the values of Christian Brothers.
- Maintain a timely shuttle schedule to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle.
- Support the service center by handling parts and other errands as required.
- Notify management of any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle.
- Ensure the shuttle remains organized and presentable.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the front office operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Compliance with required insurance driving record standards.
- A positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear frequently.
- Occasional need to balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Dependability for a schedule that typically operates Monday through Friday.
