Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to join our team in Dedham. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evolving our educational approach, which is rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM curriculum, and nature-based learning. You will work closely with your co-teacher and school colleagues to create a collaborative and dynamic educational experience for children ages 0-5.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your co-teacher and school colleagues to create a collaborative and dynamic educational experience.
  • Follow and maintain all state-mandated COVID precautions and policies for early learning centers.
  • Designated one-hour break per shift.
  • Follow a schedule that helps children establish healthy eating, sleeping, and bathroom routines.
  • Implement and evolve our educational approach, which is rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM curriculum, and nature-based learning.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
  • EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.
  • Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.
Requirements
  • Adhere to all MA Public Health and Child Care Regulations.
  • Authorize state-required background checks and CORI.
  • Act as mandated reporter, both on and off campus.
  • Help ensure classroom environments adhere to NAEYC's Anti-Bias Early Education.
  • Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
