Daytime Hospitalist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at Mount Sinai South Nassau in Oceanside, NY. As a key member of our Hospitalist Services, you will be responsible for managing and providing clinical care to patients throughout their hospital stay.

• See patients in the ER, on the unit, and follow them to the critical care unit
• Ensure each patient receives medically appropriate care 24/7
• Coordinate discharge planning with patients, family members, and care managers

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in internal medicine, with a Medical Degree from an accredited university and a New York Medical License. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine is also required.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $265,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. You will also have opportunities for teaching and research, as well as a 7-on-7-off schedule.
