Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Systems Associate to join our team at Share Our Strength. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource in day-to-day management of Health partners and stakeholders, particularly in support of the Medicaid Food Security Network and community-level partnerships and grantee cohorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support partnership project and/or grantee learning cohort implementation, programmatic reporting, communications, and generating presentation content and meeting agendas.
  • Develop external communications concerning Health programmatic activities, including newsletters, blogs, case studies, webinars, and website content.
  • Support the Health Team with partnership and contract agreements, including drafting and routing contract and preparing and submitting invoices.
  • Coordinate internal and external data tracking, reporting, and meeting requests.
  • Contribute to the overall Health Systems strategic priorities, goals, partnerships, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Partner with colleagues to support Share Our Strength's work to be a diverse and inclusive organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project management and/or relationship management experience.
  • MS Office proficiency and additional programs/applications/software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and work through challenges, underscored by strong judgment and emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multi-step, detail-oriented projects in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to high-level audiences.
  • Interest in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
