About the Role:

nTech Connect, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will play a critical role in building and implementing business processes for our Small Business Customer Account team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with executives and owners of small businesses to keep them informed about ongoing programs and initiatives within the organization.
  • Connect with business organizations and philanthropic entities to socialize the benefits of our programs to low to moderate income-level customers.
  • Analyze historical performance data to inform business decisions and create presentations for internal leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in customer experience, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and executives.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically to drive business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the utilities industry or a related field.
  • Direct background in marketing, customer outreach, account management, and/or sales operations.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
