Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to students with special needs in a K-8th grade school setting. This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week for the 2023-2024 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address student behaviors that impede learning.
- Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to integrate behavioral therapy into classroom instruction.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA licensure.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.
Compensation:
This is a competitive hourly pay position with weekly paychecks. We also offer interview assistance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
