Job Title: Server

At Art & Jake's Sports Bar, we're seeking a skilled Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Server who is passionate about food and dining, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking and serving food and drink orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a working knowledge of our menu items and promotions.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff
  • Check with customers to ensure they're enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our menu items, ingredients, and prep times
  • Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
