We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fee Based Associate to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of accounts and tax loss forms, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Process 35-50 accounts per day or tax loss forms per day with accuracy and efficiency
* Perform a variety of operational procedures, including new fee based agreement processing
* Respond to client inquiries regarding fee based accounts in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data files and records
* Prepare and distribute various documents, including letters and memos
* Monitor and manage incoming mail and documents

### Requirements

* At least 1-2 years of recent client services or customer service experience
* Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required
