Role Responsibilities

The Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in the picking process on a fulfillment line, utilizing product item codes and/or a pick-to-light system to prepare shipments according to customer requests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
  • Restocking the fulfillment line with necessary inventory.
  • Sorting, counting, and repackaging inventory as required.
  • Creating product deals and labeling items when necessary.
Candidate Requirements

We encourage individuals with prior experience in order picking or fulfillment to consider this opportunity. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work swiftly and accurately.

Work Environment

This position is situated in a warehouse environment with limited climate control. Employees should be prepared to work in varying temperatures, including cold winters and hot summers. The role may involve the use of light warehouse tools such as box cutters and tape dispensers.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position include:

  • Regularly using hands for handling and manipulating objects.
  • Reaching with hands and arms, and engaging in verbal communication.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and performing actions such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Occasionally sitting and climbing or balancing.
  • Lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Proficiency in reading English is essential.

Position Details

This is a full-time role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be necessary, with schedules determined by supervisory staff.
