About the RoleWe seek a talented Chief Architect Voice AI Engineer who thrives on challenges, is passionate about backend architecture, and is eager to take ownership of impactful projects from inception to deployment.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead initiatives in software architecture, infrastructure and distributed systems utilizing technologies such as React, Node.js, Next.js, Unix, Amazon Web Services (AWS), CSS, HTML. They will collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable solutions for our production-ready voice agent platform;
- Lead initiatives in software architecture, infrastructure and distributed systems;
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases;
- Provide technical support and implementation guidance directly to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering development and system design;
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related fields;
- A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of making decisions even amidst disagreements.
We offer a competitive salary of $**150,000 - 200,000** per year, plus an equity package, year-end bonus, 100% health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, meal and commute expenses fully covered, option to reside at the office with your own private bedroom, unlimited snacks and drinks, wellness reimbursement, H1B and Green Card sponsorship available, opportunities for professional growth, initiative stimulation, and implementation of your ideas across global markets.
