Role Overview

We are currently in search of a Field Service Technician to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through the routine upkeep of Canon-supported products, adhering to established Service and Parts Standards.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting product failure trends and serviceability concerns to your supervisor, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and well-maintained.
  • Meeting customer expectations by providing prompt, efficient, and precise maintenance services, whether in the field, shop, or on-site.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned to you.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the performance of assigned equipment.
  • Contributing to the achievement of branch/district performance metrics.
Qualifications: Skills & Expertise

Please be aware that this is a customer-facing position and requires adherence to customer policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

Do you possess the following qualifications?

A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the introductory training period and new-hire classes.

Willingness to travel (a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary).

Must take all necessary steps to obtain any required security clearances to access customer premises.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, kneeling).
